Connor sat up, and stretched, watching her. "even a moment of forever would be time enough" He said softly, "There's a different sort of forever" He rose, picking up his gun, wallet and phone, nodding. "You shower and sleep, I'll do what I have to to make us safe" He said, giving her a smile, hoping to be back as soon as possible. He headed out the inn, jogging to his car, and getting in. He started up, driving as quick as the speed limit allowed him. He went to see what he could find, stocking up on some food, and trying to find what he could in the way of blood packets. He had to sneak into a hospital and steal a few, feeling guilty about it as he did so, but he still stole three, heading back out to the car and putting the packets in the cooler. He went to a car dealership, but couldn't find anything. He didn't stay long, as when he went inside the office building, there was a news bulletin. He paled as he saw what it contained, and even though there was a less than adequate description, he headed out, heading back to the inn, and hurrying into the room with the blood, and locked the door
