Jin was leading the knights on a merry chase, her laughter teasing. She was coming around for another loop, when she saw Korlash's head turned away from his opponent. The king's body language was tense- he was prepping to strike. "NO YOU DO NOT!" In a split second decision, she reeled back and threw her dagger, putting a sharp current of wind behind it. The dagger flew through the air with the speed of an arrow, and went into the king's fat neck, with the tip poking out the other side. Jin didn't see her blow land, though. After she released her dagger, she wobbled on her feet and then fell, hard, tumbling several feet as she came to a messy stop on the ground. In the back of her mind, she knew she'd been very warm for a while. But when you fought, your body became warm, so she thought nothing of it. Now she was hot, as if she had spent a day lying naked in the bright sun. Her skin felt dry, and her mouth and throat were painfully parched. "Nngh. Not good." She pushed herself to her feet, still clutching her other new dagger, and started stumbling away from the battle again.
