Kalinda let out an annoyed sigh, "Micky shouldn't have gone with just you-it was clearly a trap. We all should have been there. He thinks he can do everything himself, so perhaps this was a little lesson for him to work as a team with the rest of us" She said, going over to Connor. 

"You aren't the one that got him into that position. Don't blame yourself. It could have happened to any of us. Playing the blame game on yourself is just useless. We should be doing something worth while, like trying to find Frost so we can kick his butt, instead of beating the crap out of a bag. You blaming yourself is doing nothing" 

She paused for a moment before continuing. "It wasn't your fault, and if you don't start believing that, than you are just making it all worse. So, listen to me carefully. You. Are. Not. to Blame"
