Personality: Generally quite easygoing, talkative and friendly, although he tends to clam up during periods of combat or stress. Patrick has a rather off-and-on stutter, although he attempts to draw as little attention to it as possible. He is a bit of a trench mouth; often showing off his “colourful” vocabulary when he’s stuttering to get a point across.

Biography: Patrick spent the majority of his life on the inner-colony world of Tribute, working alongside his father in a small machine shop. Life was relatively quiet until UEG buildings became the targets of terror-bombing, dictating the appearance of the Insurrection on the planet. With his parents forbidding him from leaving their home, his social life deteriorated. The spare time he used to spend with his friends was now spent alone. With little to occupy him, Patrick devoted most of his attention to machinery. In a few years he had become a capable mechanic. 
He enlisted in the UNSC Marines shortly after high school, much to the displeasure of his family, and was found to be a capable Combat Engineer. Patrick’s skills were apparently better suited for combat, however, and he found himself drafted into an Armoured Company. While he was clearly no tanker, he spent plenty of time getting to know the many vehicles the UNSC fielded. As such, he has become rather capable with operating plenty ground-based vehicles, although he aspires to eventually fly a Pelican.
Once again, however, his combat experience preceded him. He was taken into ODST training after his expertise with close-quarters combat was enough to get him recommended by his CO, and soon he found himself drafted into Fireteam Ghost.
