My NPC CS...

Name: Lloyd Mathews 

Age: 22

Bio: Lloyd comes from a small, well protected farm not too far from the little town he is first found in. He and a group of strangers who took up residence at the farm were forced to run when there was a breech on their property. Part of the fence that surrounded the property became broken, letting the undead inside. Lloyd knew of a place that they may be able to find that would offer a safe haven, completely protected and free of the undead. He knew this place was hidden somewhere in the forest that surrounds the small town of Karn. He and the other people in his group set out to find it, but were ill prepared and everyone but himself fell to the virus. He manged to get inside a convenience store and hide inside a small glass cabinet, though his time is running out.

His father was a farmer before he passed away. Ever since that day, Lloyd has been taking lead of the farm. The farm itself is a perfect little haven, if not for the undead who found their way in. It has a double sturdy fence (minus the area that rotted and broke), it is completely stocked with food, crops and large supplies of seed for planting year round. The farm house on the property is of decent size, has three stories and several large bedrooms, there are even several working vehicles that Lloyd and the others were forced to leave behind. There is a water pump on ground and a well, so as long as it continues to rain, there is always water. The farm has back up generator for whenever the power is out, though the farm has been switching over to solar power for several years. 

It would be the perfect place to turn into a home base, if the undead can be taken care of and the fence repaired...
