It would have to be a jet pack with wings being for maneuverability because there's no plausible way for actual metal wings of that size getting you off the ground without serious outside propulsion, like a turbine. So I would say no on the giant wings but yes for a jet pack and smaller wings, perhaps work your weapons into it.
