Extent of Cybernetics: Entire right arm and leg as well as most of right side of torso. Several internal organs. Due to modifications increased speed and power are noted in right arm and leg.

Cybernetic Design Flaw: A well place blow to the elbow or armpit could damage the synthetic nerves essentially turning the arm off. The same is true for a strike to the back of his right knee.

Favored Dust: Ice Dust. Is used to slow enemies for easy executions.

Non combat skills: Explosives expert. Is very good at chess or any strategy. (Pointless, yet interesting skill.) Smokes. Not really a skill so much as a vice I suppose.

Other: Lost most of the right side of his body when his former team, Team LAST, was fighting against a pair of Death Stalkers.
When Sheena got pinned down by one of the Death Stalkers Lance jump in front of the Death Stalker's tail to keep it from striking her. 
Even though he was able to sever the tail one of it's pincers almost ripped him in half.
