"it's faster" he says evenly, being a bit gentler and working on the damaged area, scowling and removing his gloves to reveal his hands looking like bird's feet although still human. he finishes with her arm before offering her a long sleeve shirt and silken gloves similar to his own as he says evenly "you'll need to be lighter for the training" before removing the armor to her injured leg and repeating the process, the pain in her arm fading away already as control returns although he keeps his head bowed to give her some semblance of privacy to change
