Is this supposed to affect me? I mean, the sea is at the South of Elsweyr and I'm at the north, so currently, really, it is only affecting the South of Elsweyr which is actually kind of helping me. I mean, If I'm at the North, I'm probably not going to get trade from the sea, I'll either get it from the north, or from other nearby provinces. So, Hurray. The south is getting raped.
