Depends on whether they were a 'Redshirt' or not. After all, Xcom is sort of a TV show in that regard haha. I try to run my squads as part of the same nationality or same national group. So far, on Enemy within, I have a UK Squad, a Commonwealth Squad, Part of a Chinese Squad and a US Squad... Oh, and I have a 'British Islands' squad, including a four Irish and two brits

Also, why the fuck does Xcom have the Scottish flag separate from the British flag. It's silly, because Scotland is clearly displayed on the hologlobe as 'UK' and the Union flag still has the Scottish Saltire in it, meaning they haven't gone independent.
