I suspect she uses a tablet. Or even a phone. But still, the Semblance needs to be rebalanced. Flaming properties to the weapons could be achieved through Dust and I might allow for flaming wings, but Fear control would need to be regulated by the GM's and can't be with the flaming wings. Fire spears also seem rather unneeded. I would also suggest not having Thermal vision if only because she would be the fourth character with a detection based Semblance, though if you want that ability to be your sole Semblance i wont prevent it.
