Not entirely true. I'll admit that some Advanced players like to put minimum size/word count limits on their RPs, but personally, as a habitual Advanced player (I only delve into casual because I don't have enough RPs), I really don't care for things like that. For me, Advanced is about the quality, not the quantity, and as far as I'm concerned that's how it [i]should[/i] be. Length limits can ruin a post through filler.
