Anything bigger than a bus just seems too much to me.

I guess the other issue for me more comes from his scales being basically impenetrable. The impact of the size would be negated a bit if he had a clear weak spot such as his stomach region where scales might not form or whatever. Just think that being able to resist a tank round is a bit OP if the scales cover his entire body.
