Gritting her teeth, she put the knife down before the physical shell of Zendra could damage herself even further. So then....there was no getting rid of this thing then? Ariel was stuck with it. A flash of fear crossed her mind. Fear that if she got rid of the apparition, the other Zendra would perish as well. Her Zendra. Accepting this defeat for now, Ariel relased herself from Zendra's body and glared at the demon. "Fine. I don't care if you're a threat to me. But don't you dare lay harm to the other half." She didn't know why, but....something about this demonic Zendra bothered her. The Angel couldn't quite place it. Maybe it was the shift of power or equal dominance coming off both their souls. Or maybe it was just because the demon reminded her too much of herself.
