I don't even know how to address the first part of that sentence, but as for the second - it was sausages and butter as well. Seems it just wanted a staple of the British diet: sausage butties (sandwiches).

The same guy could have gone down from bad tackles prior to that and didn't - that's the thing, he didn't flop in that situation before. That's why I'm inclined to believe he didn't then.
