When Castiel woke, she wasn't sure how this had happened but in the middle of the night the three baby dragons had ended up around her; one under her arm, one behind her knees and the other at her feet while Aurora's wing was gently layed over them. Maybe it was habit from all of those early morning flights with Aurora but she woke around the same time the hatchlings did and laughed slightly as they woke up along with her, instantly hopping up, licking Castiel's face before crawling out from under their mother's wing and going excitingly over to Hiccup. Crawling out from under the wing as well she smiled and stood up, "They seem ready for the day. Wish I was that energetic in the morning." She patted the sleepy dragoness Aurora making a grumbling sound at the annoyance of being woken up, especially when her little hatchlings came over and decided to hop onto her back. She opened her eyes and gave a huff that caused the babies to roll off, only for them to give playful sounds and try to do the same thing again. This time Aurora gave in and stood up, getting happy sounds from her children as the mother and babies walked outside the cave to explore slightly. Aurora never let them get more than a few feet from the cave though, for fear of loosing her babies to a cliff or another creature that might be on the hunt. She kept a sharp eye out and let them stay out for a few moments before deciding it was time to bring them back in. Aurora led them back in, though didn't come in herself. Castiel watched in confusion as Aurora flew off somewhere, and watching in the distance how Aurora went to the water a little ways away, swooping down and coming back to the cave with some fish in her mouth before swollowing it. The hatchlings got excited then and swarmed their mother, knowing what she was doing and soon she spit out the portion of the food meant for the babies. Castiel rubbed the back of her neck, "You know, I could probably go the rest of my life happy without seeing another dragon spit out fish." Aurora gave her a signature smack on the head with her tail and Castiel grinned at her, "What? I'm just teasing, girl. I've seen enough dragons feed their young on the island to know that's how they eat." She commented with a laugh as her dragon huffed, trying to smack her again but she ducked before she could. She walked over to where Hiccup was and when she saw the look on his face, gave a slight smile, "You have to go, don't you?"
