More or less: Think of them more like morphers, the tab on the left would slot into the cylinder on the right after it'd gone around your wrist. You'd hit the power button, issue the command- "Moderator [No.], Log In!"- and the armoury would become available to you. A suit of armour, a signature weapon of your choice, a default moderator weapon and various little other bits and pieces.
