She looked down at her bandaged hand, and then at the trees around her. It was true, they appeared to sustain quite some damage. Pits,and holes, and...oh my, that one is just plain broken. Did she do that? She supposed it was possible, she wasn't human anymore. It would certainly explain why her hand was suddenly injured and bleeding. but...she didn't recall being in the woods before... Slowly, her gaze traveled back to the strange but kind man who already knew her name. He asked what was wrong and she could not help but look away in shame. "What's wrong...? I'm not human anymore..." she answered quietly, almost a whisper. "I should have listened to Father." If she had only listened to him...she would not have been taken in by the charm of the strange but handsome man..and she would not hav shamed herself and her family by becoming inhuman...could she return to face them? Where was her house even, from here?
