@ jiwon: Lord Westfield is the one who is crappy at administration. Lord Abel is extremely competent, but very stubborn and traditional.

Also, re-checked your sheet. By my count, Lord Abel's population is correct if you include infrastructure, but Lord Westfield's population should be 13,000, perhaps a tad more including infrastructure, as he owns both Dawn and Westfield. Were you planning on raising his levies? I'm not saying the sheet is wrong, of course, as all the essential deets are chill, but the organization is befuddling me.
