If you'd like to get your card right here in the beginning, then that is perfectly fine. Just for starting purposes, I'd made it so that Atina would be able to "find" those of you who chose not to have your cards just yet. Whatever you feel comfortable with is what we'll go with. XD
If you'd rather have your card and just be returning from the city, maybe from a mission(?), then you can most certainly do that as well. Or you could even be there at the guild when everyone else is returning, like Atina.
