Gunner hadn't meant to actually fall asleep in the same bed with Anna. The plan was to calm her down and apologize then move to the free bed across the room. However, he was exhausted and fell asleep sooner than he anticipated. He was still partially sitting up as he drifted off to sleep, his arm wrapped around Anna, holding her close to him. He slept soundly through the night, which amazed him, he would have thought some kind of pain would have kept him up through the night. However, he slept through till morning. He opened her eyes when he felt the blankets rustling. He looked down to see Anna's leg moving slowly off of him. He then stole a glance at her, "Sorry," he whispered, "I did mean to move to the empty bed.... This... is just so comfy," he chuckled and squeezed her with his arm slightly, "Are... we still going to do this? Or try to?" ~ Serena looked at Sebastian when he came out of the bathroom, face paint gone. She had just been rummaging through her drawers looking for pajamas. She smiled at him, "It is fine. You are not sleeping my bed..." She hesitated when he asked about nightmares, "Not always... but that's what the acchiappasogni is for," She pointed to the dream catcher that hung by her bed. She shrugged, "It helps... Running and hiding are good qualities in a Moroi," she said with a smirk. She watched as he climbed into bed and tried to busy herself quietly. Once he was asleep, she slipped into her bathroom and changed into her nightgown. She clipped her hair up and off her neck before she slowly removed the makeup. She hated putting makeup on her neck. Despite it making it all easier to hide, it fooled her as well. When she wore scarves, she knew she was hiding something. When she put on the foundation, she looked normal, like nothing at all had happened. Then when she wash it away the years of torment were fresh as the scars, that covered a majority of the side and back of her neck, came back. She sighed when it was all gone. She let her hair back down around her shoulders and climbed into her bed silently. She stole a glance at the still sleeping Sebastian and curled up in bed. Pulling her hair over her neck, she took a deep breath and fell asleep.
