Clothes - A long dark ash colored overcoat buttoned down in a fashion similar to stray jackets and stained a deep dark burgundy in spots, mostly near the sleeves and collar.

Bio/Desc/Personality - Every unknown abyss has it's monster. The oceans. The forests. Even the Skies. The afterlife is no exception. Deep within the endless abyss of Hueco Mundo dwells Averna. The name alone inspires a sense of primal fear in most hollows. Being the proverbial Kraken of this realm, not much is known about the creature. Hollows don't exactly sit around camp fires and tell ghost stories, and no soul reaper has ever occupied Hueco Mundo long enough to learn of such a creature. The natural order of this world is to eat or be eaten. Eat to grow powerful. Eat to never regress. It has been this way since the beginning. Since the first hollow developed a taste for its own kind. And it was in this frenzy of cannibalism that the hollow's spiritual energies came together to form the first Gillian Menos. Continuing it's feast and devouring it's brethren, the monstrosity continued to grow and evolve. From it eventually emerged a massive Adjuchas. With the predation and consumption of hundreds upon thousands of hollow souls, a final evolution took place. From this metamorphosis that lasted decades, Averna was spawned, the first of the Vasto Lordes to set eyes upon Hueco Mundo. Setting off into the endless depths of the realm, other hollows were able to follow in Averna's footsteps. With nothing to hunt them down as prey for simply growing stronger, more menos were born. With the extended passing of time, the modern day kings and queens of Hueco Mundo, Arrancar, arose to take their thrones atop the hollow food chain. Though to date, no entity, hollow or otherwise, that has any form of sense or fear roams too far out across the pale dessert of Hueco Mundo, with the exception being mindless Menos that grow to seek bigger prey. Not only is it a barren wasteland filled with hazards and hungry giants, but it is also home to the mythical devourer of Hueco Mundo, Averna.
