Connor winced and Marl sighed. "I don't hate you. I hate the fact that no one seems to have ever though about stopping the biting. I hate the fact that idiot writers are making things like werewolves and vampires seem like cuddle toy bears. I hate the fact that no matter what we do, there seems to be more supernatural beings then there are humans." Connor looked up, and then away. Every hunter had a way that they got into hunting. For Marl, it wasn't just his family history of hunters. It was more then that, and Connor winced. He bit his lip, ready to intervene, but Marl just let out another sigh. "It's not you Elizabeth" Marl said and looked away from her, and Connor caught the pained expression on his face. Connor rose slowly, going over to Marl. He have Marl a hug, and said "Marl had a daughter who was killed by supernatural beings." But even Connor didn't know the extent of it, and marl wasn't about to say anything else.
