~In the underground training area far away from the Seireitei~

Kaizo stood hunched over, his hands on his knees as he panted, sweat dripping from his body as he slowly raised his right hand to his face as black spiritual energy formed in his palm then he tore his hand away from his face as the black energy manifested into a hollow mask "I have to hold this longer!" Kaizo straightened up then took a step forward however stumbled a little as he did "Don't you dare give out on me! Fight you worthless body!! FIGHT!!" Kaizo's Spirit energy then erupted out from his body, his energy taking on a black colouring with a yellow outline now. Kaizo then cocked his right arm back and clenched his right hand into a fist as yellow energy charged around his fist, he then punched forward releasing a Bala that flew into a boulder exploding violently. Kaizo then began panting as the hollow mask crumbled off causing him to drop to his hands and knees as the sweat dripped off his body and onto the floor "Why can't I hold it longer?!..Useless body!" Kaizo then slammed his right fist into the ground and closed his eyes before collapsing to the ground, completely out of energy
