It is easy to see Aoba is torn. Kuro refrains from laughing, waiting for the angel's decision. After a few silent fretting moments he makes his decision and the demon nods with a smile. “That'll work. Have fun.” Slipping the book into his back pocket he watches until Aoba is out of the barn before picking up the barrels and following after. 'I know the birds are safe around him, and so is my Little Mouse, but while Dani may have the maturity of a toddler, he has the mind of the 400 year old that he is. If there is any part of my instructions he can exploit or work around, he will find it and work it to his advantage' Humming softly he makes his way outside, glancing toward the huts in time to see Dani helping the angel out by carrying the sacks. 'Heh, I knew he wouldn't be able to resist. He gets bored so easily that if it was a choice between twiddling his thumbs or joining the clergy, he's be a choir boy before you could say hot crossed buns' Letting out a whistle he calls the pigs over, adding a feeding through to the ever growing list of things to build to make the farm better. As they all begin shoving each other around, trying to get to what their neighbor has even though they already have the same thing in front of them. Kuro can't help shaking his head at the display, a kind of pitying smile on his lips. 'So many of my kind are like this. Only wanting something because it belongs to someone else. . .' Catching a sudden movement out of the corner of his eye Kuro stiffens as he spots Dani atop his angel. His whole body tenses, his senses casting out to see if Aoba is unharmed. He stands there, like a statue, for several long moments, until at last he relaxes and finishes what he's doing. 'He's not attaching my Little Mouse, just playing with him. Right now I feel more fascination coming off of him than anything one could consider even vaguely vicious. I suppose this counts as bonding as far as a demon like Dani is concerned' After finishing with his task Kuro casts one last glance towards the fowl pen before bringing the barrel back into the barn to put it back where it belongs. ~*~*~*~*~ Slipping into a more comfortable position, this being with a knee on either side of Aoba's waist and his arms crossed over the angel's chest, Dani looks hard into Aoba's face, as if trying to figure something out. He ignores any attempts to escape and anything the angel might have to say, his own thoughts blocking everything else out. His head tilts this way and that, considering one thing after another. It isn't until he can go no further that he seems to snap out of a funk, his own wings snapping outwards a bit with a faint crackling. “Hey, is it true you don't mind that my lil' brother's a demon? You know he eats human souls just like I do, right? Well, maybe not like I do, see, I don't care who I take, or at least I didn't until he put those rules on me. He kinda likes eating evil people, I don't know why, he's weird like that. Sure, they are sweet in their own way, but that's besides the point. . . .That and he doesn't eat as often as I do, which is why he's so much weaker than the rest of us. . . .” He seems lost in that for a moment before looking back into Aoba's eyes. “Well?” Nearby a turkey puts in her two cents, but the demon's gaze remains locked on the trapped one beneath him.
