I'd love to do this, but I've tried a few GuP RPs that followed the same one tank/crew per player formula and it doesn't work well. It encourages people to RP by themselves and limits the teamwork between crews. You'd be better off having two or three players to a tank, each manning their stations with a max of perhaps two characters per player.
But overall, count me in.
