Silas chuckled a bit when she thought of him as "not as bad as she thought". Silas knew himself he could be nice and social, but he just chose not to do so. Sasha also mentioned the money they received after killing monsters. "It certainly is a better pay check then I currently... don't have." Silas said. He only earned some money by winning Squash competitions and the rest of the money was delivered by Tomoyo, that is until Silas finishes his online study and can get a proper job. However this will probably be better than any other job he can get.

"I am willing to take another life. The situation you are handing me is very simple. They want to kill me, imprison me, torture me, or whatever, so I have no problem taking away the life of someone who wants to do the same with me, or any of the people I trust... my partners." Silas said. He was too afraid to use the word friends as that would get him too emotionally close to that friend. And especially in this situation in which deaths may occur, it is best not to be like that. Although in the back of his head he already know he had gotten too close with Sasha.
