torture etc is the norm. The guards aren't to go to far though under most circumstances as it would be counter productive for the kingdom. As in the case with Rumiko's character. Still. 

Sorry I haven't started this yet. Something came up and I had to do some extra training/learning for the job I've just begun recently.
