I think if I were to rate all the characters I'd say

Lily is first, to me she's beautiful, charming, smart. If I were in Hisao's place, I would totally pick that up, [s]but holy hell that body[/s]. Plus it felt more like a real love compared to the other characters.
Hanako is a close second, her route was beautiful and heart breaking, though what she did towards the end was really fucking stupid.
Emi was third for me, I got sucked into her route for the first time too, but she has a fun and interesting personality, definitely felt like a high school relationship with her and in the end Hisao actually came out healthier because of her.
Shizune is fourth for me, she's pretty, but her bossy nature kind of pissed me off, the only reason she isn't last is that to me friendship hits me a lot harder than love
Rin...pissed me off the most, here's this beautiful girl, that Hisao deeply cares for and she does not give a single fuck. Yea I get that you're a starving artist and that your work is a hell of a lot more important than a relationship, but hell when the one guy who cares for you is literally trying to give his all FOR YOU, argh. I felt a lot of anger and heartbreak in that route.
