Congrats, Lucian learned how to water bend essentially, only its more like moving a bit of water (at least as much in any bottle, like how Katara does it in The Last Airbender from that pouch she has, although having more can help), combined with spiritual power and the force of nature (as this is the only way it would be able to knock someone down) at an opponent. 

Not really fancy water bending, just throwing it in their face, or at their body. Its not that great of a power, but you'll be able to use the ritual to get better ones as you level it. (or now even, but there's no time right now)
