Questions about your character:
1. Is he an actual human, because he does not sound like it. 
2. So his abilities are to possess people and kill them?

Otherwise his powers sound a little overpowered and there are no inhuman people allowed at the moment--maybe later. I could see him taking on the appearance of the Grim Reaper, otherwise I would like you to change it up a bit. His powers, from what I've read, really don't make sense except to kill that person. At the moment, the Tarot are a peaceful guild with relatively peaceful powers. This could change later, say he starts going kinda insane later on in the first arc, but right now they are a little much. Maybe something that better reflects death (something more mellow at the moment)? Maybe at first he can see peoples' death dates and can use necromancy to a certain extent?
