So sorry for the long wait - I was in the midst of a vacation and am finally back. :) 

As for the story - I believe there was intended some sort of enforced contact between the pair, so that Wren is driven to help Chall with his journey. I am just interested in getting them to the pond and seeing what happens from there. Is there anything you'd like to see? more/less/etc.
