I look at this character, and want to tell you something that I told Tuuj: You have designed this character as a Gamist. I can see elements all throughout your CS. This roleplay will focus on Narrative. By placing characteristics that are essentially seeds to develop later, you imply that there is some sort of plan or desired result. It's a mentality, and I don't believe it's a healthy or beneficial one to this setting. Magnet Release is also an Advanced Nature technique, normally meaning it requires the use of either two elements or specialized training to use it. Lastly, the Art of Weapon Reversal Technique is actually fine in terms of balancing, but I don't think its mechanics make any sense in terms of how chakra and jutsu work. There is no functions that would displace an enemy weapon into the users hand. Overall, I don't believe I'm going to allow a genin with Magnet Release nor the Art of Weapon Reversal. I will note that the detail and depth you went into are quite nice. I find the sheer amount of placement into my setting highly admirable and would use it as an example to every single person around. My suggestion is to start him out with an Elemental Release and allow him to develop into Magnet Release over time, but as for just beginning, I find it far too advanced.
