Yeah that's only for creation, so that we don't have characters starting with 3's in everything they don't need and 17's and up in everything the do need.

We're still working on most of the formula's for most of the stuff you want answers for. For the most part things like understanding that ATT increases your magical resistance is kinda enough. This [b]is[/b] a casual RP after all. Things like Accuracy/Evasion, Speed, Initiative, Perception, Damage, these will be explained. If everyone truly wants exact formula layouts then I'll post them with Merc's agreement after they're all done.
