"Okay... Okay, so we don't know if it's been cleaned or not yet... And if we move you to do that you may lose more blood." Oh this was stressful, far more so than Vegeta was ready to deal with. As optimistic as he wanted to be there was the very real fact that Viral could die right here if something wasn't immediately done. They had very few options available to them right now, none of which were going to be particularly pleasant for the Beastman. It was at times like this he sincerely wished that he knew a bit more of the nuances about just how his friend's powers worked, then maybe he could offer more words of advice. "If your healing still has a chance of working then we've got to try that... Otherwise I could cauterize the wound for you? It's going to hurt like hell, but you'll stop bleeding then." That would be a last resort of course, as it would be highly unpleasant for everyone involved. Plus with the risk of doing more harm than good other options certainly needed to be explored before they resorted to that. Rolling up his sleeves to get ready for whatever may come Vegeta sighed, looking at Viral with visible concern. "It's your choice, tell me what you want me to do. If you're up for it I'll seal the wounds now, just bear in mind you'll end up with some scarring. And if there's anything internal it won't be fixed, your natural healing will have to take care of that." "You got hurt Shu... But you're safe now, and you're going to be okay." Yumi blinked back a few tears as she let go of the boy's hand, reaching out and ever so lightly stroking his cheek, anything to give some comfort. "You were hit in the head and have some injuries, but you're going to be fine. Just lay down for now, okay? We'll take care of you." Poor thing, he was only partly awake now, the blow to his head definitely leaving him dazed. It was hard to tell just yet, but thankfully it didn't seem like he'd suffered any real brain trauma. A little shaken up understandably, and that seemed to be it. Yumi was hesitant when the subject of food came up, not quite sure if he should even be eating right now in his state, or if he could. "Just hang on one second, I'll find you something." Garesh was there, so she could leave with a fairly calm state of mind to dig up a snack. Going right down the hall and into the kitchen she stopped short of entering, unnerved by seeing a properly bloodied Viral laid out on the table. She'd think that she might be okay with sights like that, but maybe because it was someone she knew rather well it bothered her quite a bit. Yumi was so busy looking that she jumped when Vegeta spoke to her. "Everything okay Yumi?" Vegeta asked expectantly, frowning in concern. "Do you need anything?" "Yeah... I just want to find some food for Shu." Finding it especially hard seeing Viral like that she turned away, going to the icebox and cabinets to try and find something. "What can he eat Vegeta...? He's got a neck injury I think..." "Something soft then. Or if he can wait some soup, he can't do anything really solid." Giving a nod of her head Yumi went in search of some fruit, opting for the tenderest piece that she could find. Carefully pressing into each to test its consistency she finally settled on something no harder than a banana. It wasn't much, but it would have to do for now. Passing back by the table she took a pause, summing up the stomach to look at Viral, trying as best she could to ignore the bloody gouge in his body. "Vegeta's going to take good care of you..." she spoke softly, smiling as she gave the Beastman's hair a light stroke. "Just stay calm and... And you'll be fine." As much a reassurance for herself as it was for Viral, once saying that Yumi returned to the family room, and in turn to Shu's side. Relieved that he was still partially awake she took one of his hands again, holding the fruit for him to see. "I'm going to feed you, so please don't move too much. And eat slowly, you don't want to choke." Making sure to take it slowly she moved the fruit so Shu could take bites out of it, smiling tentatively. "Yes I can handle it... Give me some credit..." The medicine had definitely been a bit intense, but nothing that really caused him any great harm. Letting out a soft chuckle he glanced up at T'charrl, quirking an eyebrow as he spoke. "Is that right? I guess you do. I'll give you guys this much..." he paused, closing his eyes as he lay his head back, "You know your medicines." Hopefully it was going to prove to be enough to help Viral, and Shu for that matter. If the medicine here was no good then gods know where else they could go. In their states too it was hard to imagine transporting them anywhere really without risking harming them further. Being cut from his train of thought as the knife was yanked free from his leg Takeshi hissed in pain, biting down on his lip again. Taking a punch or kick was easy, it was a blunt force and at most caused bruising. Being stabbed was much worse though, and just as bad to undo. Like before the medicine was applied with a bit discomfort, but mercifully that didn't last nearly as log as before. His wounds were already feeling better, and while he didn't want to look he could guess they might be healing, even if only minimally. That was enough for him to propose going after the general, a plan that T'charrl was quick to question. "No, I'm not trying to get you out of this..." Takeshi mumbled. A bit dejected he looked away for a moment, turning to the wall as he stared at the grains silently. "T'charrl? It's not that I don't appreciate this, but I can't just lie here. I'm wasting time and the general needs to be stopped." He'd already attacked them once, what was stopping him from doing it again? They knew precisely where to go, and if they had more troops like the ones from before then more people were liable to get hurt. His friends, people he was supposed to be able to protect. Clenching his hands into fists the Saiyan blinked a few times, angry that he felt tears at the corners of his eyes, and angry with himself. Unable to do much about it he looked back up at the Prince, feeling the damp streaks on his cheeks. "It's my fault they're hurt... Shu and Viral..." he whimpered pitifully, hitting the table with what little strength he could muster. "What if Viral dies...? Then it's my fault, because I got us into that mess... And... What if Shu... What if he..." Takeshi couldn't find it in himself to suggest anything about his brother. Even thinking about it was too terrifying, but he couldn't help it. Viral would die, everyone would hate him. Then to make matters worse Shu may be paralyzed, or in a coma, or... He might even die too. "Don't you see? This is all my fault! I have to go to the general... Other people might get hurt! I have to stop him...!"
