Powers: A variety of powers associated with the realm of death and afterlife, not all of which has he discovered yet. He can see souls, dead, alive, or incorporeal, even through walls, etc. He can command, control/manipulate them, capture them, tear them out of mortal bodies at will, shift them into the spectral realm, destroy them. He can destroy a soul while it is within a body. He can switch the souls of two beings into each other's bodies. He can blink into the spectral realm himself, teleport any distance, speak to ghosts/etc. His "job" is to make sure the cycle continues, and dead things stay dead, or get reincarnated, etc. as appropriate. Strong undead/vampires/er whatever might have some resistanve against him, as his power is not absolute. Btw, can cast lightning as an attack and call skeletal hands to reach up from the ground and grab and slash an enemy. 
Look: Looks a lot like Mithias, but with human, brown eyes.
