He might not be able to outrun you, but engage him in melee and you'd see just how fast that Saw Sword can be swung. You need to land a 1000 hits not on his armor to do any good. He only needs one on you. Point is that you should use teamwork when you fight him instead of trying to beat him in honorable combat. And being that we're fighting bandits, you won't have an honorable fight.
