Like penquine said, trough some chars have seen each other and all, no one is paired up
hell wont surprise me that Danny would start kicking the still dizzy Ryu's head in for the car
so its more like RUN EVERYONE FROM THE OTHER

but, people might have met others, but no one is paired up and most seem to run away from others more then pair up, so you can come in with ease somehow and somewhere, perhaps you could have seen Ryu fall on Danny his car for example?
