Often fighting, acting and talking just like them, and basically being adopted as another brother among arms as a result. Out of battle she tends to be calm, rational and calculating on what would the wisest move be, but not without care or compassion for others. In battle she is largely the same, her ability to keep calm in the face of battle is what has allowed her to survive for so long, and tame a Wyvern in battle. Bio: She was born in Vinsenia and spent the first ten years of her life there, having had to move to (Insert attacked nation) because her father was unable to find better work elsewhere. For a while she didn't like it there because she did not know anyone, as a result she spent most time climbing up tree's and looking into the sky. At the age of 12 though she got to see a special sight, dragon riders from the Royal army were practicing drills in the sky far above. To Seyl the sight was amazing, seeing such magnificent creatures fly and battle with such elegance, and their riders use them with such skill. This experience inspired her start taking swordsmanship and riding lessons for the rest of her childhood. Swordsman ship soon changing to axe-wielding as she found she preferred the directness and extra weight behind each below. Her riding lessons started with horses. eventually moving on to Pegasus's. She was not able to fly a Wyvern as a child because those were reserved for the army, so at the age of 18 she joined the army and within her first month of training her skill with a Pegasus made her more than qualified enough to become trained on flying a Wyvern (Proceed to group Bio to learn more). Likes: Flying, Freedom Dislikes: Arrogance, Control Strengths: Strong willed, Focused, Organized, Intelligent Weakness: Judging, Over-Confident Other: Her skill with flight and wyverns (Unknowingly to her) is not simply due to her practice towards it as a child.

Name: Garin Tyl Race: Beorc Class: Peagsus Knight Sex & Gender: Age: 24 Appearance: -Height: 5'6" -Weight: 150lb Equipment: Steel Lance, White Chain Armor Personality: He is very kind, caring and protective over others. He will often be the one who stays in a losing fight because a civilian or brother in arms is still out there and in need of help. He is realistic and realizes a lost cause when he see's one, but that still does not stop him from walking away with pain and regret. In battle he is able to fly with elegance, but sometimes get's too worked up in the fighting. Especially when setting up a finishing blow on a foe. Bio: Garin was born and grew up in (Invaded countries name here). He was always a bit frail and weak as a child, having been born with an illness that made him get exhausted easily. This caused his mother to constantly worry and shelter him inside as a child. Not being exposed to most of the roughplay that boys did Garin grew up to be a far more gentle and passive person than most men around him. However, at the age of 12 his mother ending up dying from illness. And then his father decided he couldn't just sit back and let the same happen to his son, so he got him outside playing constantly in whatever it was his son wanted, hoping his son would become healthy enough not die the same way. Originally he was happiest just getting fresh air while on a horse, so he took up riding lessons. But one day during lessons he noticed a fellow classmate being harrassed by some of the more troublesome kids in town, furious he charged over to chase them off, which didn't end well. He was pulled off his horse and beaten until he was almost lifeless. Upon recovering a few months later he swore he needed to be ready to fight them off next time, so his father signed him up for combat lessons. But soon he eventually specialized in the Lance, it worked well on a horse and allowed him from distance from the actual fighting but still close enough to guarantee damage was being done. As he got older bandit activity began to rise in the area, so more people needed protection. Garin wanting to help protect them joined the army at 18 so he could become a protector of the people against such threats (read group bio to see more). Likes: Reading, Interacting with others Dislikes: Cruelty, Excessive Violence Strengths: Fast, Quick Weakness: Rash & Impatient Other: Garin always had to push himself more than usual to do physical tasks, and always feels a little funny in area's friends described as "Magical areas" (Could eventually learn to wield magic). Personality: A very stubborn and reckless person, though this can be largely credited to his age. He is generally playful and very outgoing, but plays in a very aggressive way. He is however quick to anger, and constantly wants to be with his new parents Seyl and Garin when they fight, but is always refused. As a result he normally runs around the mercenary camp looking to take part in or at least watch as many practices and sparing sessions possible. Bio: He was born in (Insert Laguz nation here) and grew up well accepted and loved by the community, and was raised to despise Beorc. He spent most of his childhood playing, but constantly watched the soldiers practice, wanting to one day be one himself. But one day his parents both had to accompany a group of Laguz to fly up to (insert attacked nations name here) to act on a rescue mission. Some other Laguz had been taken from the shores of their land by trappers, and a rescue mission was made. Yali begged to be brought along but was denied every time, so he simply waited until the patrol left and followed them. He remained hidden from them to the point that when they learned he had followed them they had just crossed the border, and it was simply safer to keep him along then send him back through Beorc territory with just his parents to protect him. This ended up being a mistake though, the trapper's were well prepared. Having occupied a nearby village they ambushed the Laguz and caught them all, and one by one they killed them so they could take their remains as trophies. Yali being the youngest was left for last, which was the only thing that saved him. (To see more read the group bio). Likes: Rough play, Exploring Dislikes: Staying in one place, Being left out Strengths: Tough & Strong Weakness: His ability to be angered easily leaves him easily exposed to magic. Other: His parents had served noble Laguz, so by blood Yali has some noble rights as a Laguz, assuming he ever returns to his homeland.

Note: I'm making the Group Bio cause at a certain point their history is largely the same, so repeating in several times would become redundant. Seyl had spent two years in the army before Garin joined, and in that time become rather skilled and command over a small group of fliers, a group that Garin upon finishing training was assigned to. Most of Seyl's men were very disciplined, did the job and followed order's to the letter. Garin was not like this, if he felt an order did not prioritize the safety of those they were meant to protect he would often complain, and disobey the orders. This caused Seyl to become quickly irritated with Garin and request he removal several times, each request denied. One day though during a mission gone wrong, Bandits who had hold up a village had managed to shoot Seyl down and take her hostage. Her previous orders having been to head back if she was caught, her men all left the scene when this happened, except for Garin. Garin continued to stay and fight the Bandits, his Pegasus taking an arrow to the wing as a result resulting in a permanent blood stain. Garin's bravery in the town inspired the villager's to rise up and help, and together the Bandits were overpowered. Seyl was furious, but at the same time grateful and her opinions of him started to change. Back at camp Garin's superiors demanded that Garin get a new Pegasus, with his old one being believed to be unable to serve cause of his wing injury. Garin refused, saying he could treat his Pegasus and let him fly again. This as a result for Garin in trouble on a number of missions after with his mount being slow and struggling to keep up (Once appropriate therapy/treatment was applied so both wings were usable again) making Seyl have to save him several times, but eventually Garin was proved right as his mount made a full recovery and flew fine among the best of riders again. During their time of service Seyl and Garin were growing close, close enough the rest of their troop constantly teased him as if they were a couple. Eventually that became the case, finding as much as they were at odds with one another on how to deal with a mission, they had fun with it and did care deeply for one another. But then something else happened which changed their lives drastically. They got a report as usual of bandits holding up a town and went to liberate it, but this time was different. These were no normal bandits, these bandit's were Laguz trappers. The bodies of poor Laguz victims littered the buildings they were held up in. But despite their skill in fighting Laguz, they proved little match for the royal army. But after the fighting they discovered one Laguz lived, it was a boy from the Hawk tribe. Laguz were seen as wild and dangerous beast by most Beorc, so most of the men wanted the boy killed. As would their military superiors, Garin spoke up against this immediately. Seeing it as barbaric to kill an innocent boy cause of his race, and Seyl was hard pressed to agree. So together they ordered the men down and took the boy back with them alive and unharmed. But the superiors were not happy, they demanded the boy be killed but Seyl used her leverage as a commander to stop it. It worked, but it cost Seyl her job in the royal army... Though she was able to keep her Wyvern. Mainly because the Wyvern proved to be uncooperative to any other rider saved Garin who was willing leaving the army to follow Seyl. With this new development, they needed work and to support a Laguz child. They had no chance to get him home, if they tried they'd be killed on sight by the Laguz who feared Beorc. They knew there odds of making this work were low, almost no one would hire two Beorc caring for a Laguz. But they tried their luck with mercenaries, where their skills would be most useful. Plus Merc's tend to be a diverse group of people, they were one of the more likely groups to accept a Laguz. And eventually the did, so they joined the Mercenaries and stayed with them for the next four years, doing jobs while raising Yali as their own. And during their time in the Mercenaries, they decided since they basically now had a family it was time to get married, so they were married after having worked a year for them when it was apparent Yali was to stay and they had the finances to pay for such a wedding.
