As soon as the recording started Eli knew he was going to be dragged into this kicking and screaming. Two factions were already at each others throats. It made no sense to him that a third should get involved. Scorn or whatever the fuck she was calling herself these days was psychopath to be sure. However, right now she was a necessary evil. Those so called hero's haven't been able stop those Syndicate shitkickers since they showed up. Scorn was the only one making any headway into this. The truth be known she was more than likely going to stop them, just to see the world burn. All things being equal Eli would love to be the one to stop them and get all the goods that came with it but things were far from equal. Eli had the good will and the notoriety to get this started and was dangerous enough to get it done. Kiera had the looks and morality to get people listening. For that they did have going for them, there was just as much going against them. Eli for his good deeds and evidence to the contrary. Did.Not. Care. This was a fight that at the moment had nothing to do with him. His time in the Cay taught him to keep his mouth shut and his head down. He had been a Conduit for a good while before the Cay. He tried to help others, he tried to do the right things. For all his trouble he got thrown in cell and was force to murder and fight. He had little interest past his trade and a few other things. None of which involved getting caught up in the middle of this battle. It was selfish and he knew it but still it wasn't his problem right now. Outside of his issues, he didn't know if Kiera was the type to be able to what needed doing. This, in form or another was going to be bloody. The humans killed in masses with just guns. Now they'd every single element, object, and laws of physics to contend with. Whole cities could be taken off the map in just on battle. This alone could make power hard to come by and was against Eli's own interests. Murder, torture, and maiming others on a consistent baises was not out of the question. Even playing on the nice the side was going to get people killed. Cole did it, Delson did it, and if they got involved, they were going to have to do it. It was that simple. So the major question still remained, could she, Kiera, who fancied herself a hero, kill? Could she attack with intent to harm others? These were not questions he wanted to answer right now. He was having so much fun butchering his favorite book and being a dumb ass. Eli sighed loudly and lift his hand. With that he summoned a bottle of Bourbon, once secured he did the same with a Shaker. " You should really moved to plastics." Eli said as fixed himself a double. "Let me guess Zeke, you, me and Dulcinea over there to fight and fend off this upcoming onslaught?" Eli downed his drink. Taking in a deep breath he exhaled slowly. "Tell her about the rouge, I have a plan for the museum. There's plenty enough to worry about without throwing gas to the flame... Or bodies to the pyres." There was at least some kind of gain form the rouge conduit. That could not be said for fighting the Syndicate.
