No, I just fold myself in half. It can be rather challenging to do to one's self, especially for longer periods of time, but the real bitch is when I decide to wear heels. (They're hard enough to balance in without your normal center of gravity being messed with, never mind trying to balance yourself while being folded in half.) 

I also have good insurance -- I have to go to the chiropractor a lot, so good coverage is imperative.
