Tabby wandered away from the stage and into the crowd around Times Square but soon found that in all the excitement she was having trouble gaining her bearings.
Swept along by the crowd she soon found an opening and moved towards it to encounter an area that was dark and strangely deserted. It was an alley way and not a street and it's lack of lighting the reason the people avoided it.
Not wishing to risk the crowd again she moved deeper into the dark her senses warning that this could be a mistake but didn't let that stop her.

She moved past doors that appeared fortified and dumpsters that left her wondering about a driver's strike. Then she heard him. Someone was stalking her and the fear of attack began to cause her body to tingle as she built without summoning it a surface charge.

The stalker grabbed her without warning and he instantly screamed as her body's defense was automatic an devastating. She decided that rather than allow him a chance to recover she'd assure that he stayed down by dropping on him and delivering a sustained jolt.

Once he fell silent and could only twitch then Tabby stood an headed out to escape the dark canyon between the buildings.
