Powers: Lilika can turn her body and clothes into water, this way she can take almost any shape. The cyborg ninja armor boosts her strenght, speed and reflex greatly
Equipment: cyborg ninja armor, fused with Lilika's DNA it can turn into water too. Katanas, also fused with Lilika's DNA this allows the katana's to turn into some kind of whip to attack the enemy
Personality: If it wasn't because of her past Lilika would have joined the Teen titans, she is always happy and acts like a normal girl of her age
History: Lilika's father was the owner of the a company that produced the cyborg ninja armors,they were planed to be sold to the police in order to fight the villians, however these armor were not as trsuted as the Teen titans, so the police did not buy any cyborg ninja armor. Soon the comany went bankrupt,Lilika's family got poor and her parents got sick, Her father gave Lilika a cyborg ninja armor to do as she wished, she then decicded to take revenge
