Fun story: My friends back in cadets who were born and raised in Russia used to like stuffing potatoes in people's exhaust pipes and seeing if they could hit anyone with it when the car fired up. Apparently some guy chased them back to their apartment over 3 blocks away.

Best Moscow based RP ever: You're a journalist trying to expose corruption in the Kremlin. You must attempt to do this without the Moscow militia discovering you and making you disappear forever in the back of a GAZ. 

Or, alternatively, an early 1950s RP where you take the role of a MVD officer where you are hunting down "traitors" and effectively being a terrifying secret police agent that makes said journalist go missing.
