He's noted for being calm, patient, and observant, he is also incredibly understanding and tolerant. Some may mistake this as way for creating excuses, but he can in fact be rather punctual when people try to take that as a weakness. He is someone who has always been easy to talk to, given that he doesn't look like someone who has the time to talk. He even has a rather fatherly presence to certain students, considering the fact that he can be quite caring, and gentle when need be. He is a hard worker, and diligent with his craft. When he wants something done for himself he gets it done, no excuses attached. He can sometimes be emotional, and maybe a little sensitive towards the needs of others, but he almost never lets this show unless he's around someone he can truly trust, and one thing about him is that he trusts very cautiously. Reuben is a man of many tastes, and takes great pleasure in the variety of life . His voice is calm and therapeutic, and he emanates a warm, amiable vibe, one that envelopes others. He finds it easy to put himself in another's shoes, and can persuade most anyone with his calm, rational thinking. In times of great need, Reuben has been sought out as a good adviser of all things, his education in philosophy often leaves him wandering but he comes to he often delivers wise words to those in need. He can act as a shoulder to cry on, or your therapist, for that many people tend to feel rather comfortable around Casper as if he were already friends with said person. He is straight forward, and sometimes uncompromising with others, in a sense he hates having to deal with bullshit, and out of all the things he can tolerate, he does not tolerate lying, and he seems to have little to no difficultly deciphering lies from people. He can be brutally honest with people if the situation calls for it. Casper is neither shy, nor quiet, many nights outside school grounds at bars has revealed that Casper doesn't handle his alcohol well. He will say what is on his mind if he feels that it will benefit the situation proper, he isn't one to back down from a challenge and he can be rather competitive with others. As a teacher, he is always taking advice from others, and is sincerely interested in listening to people's problems, which has made him a rather effective menot, as such most do not question his authority, and find the man to have a fair sense of judgement. Always with a smile on her face, and probably planning something mischievous behind those dark eyes of her, you can never really tell what Rylan is thinking one moment to the next. She seems to truly enjoy life, and take things one step at a time for herself, and others. Depression would be atypical behavior for her, as she seems to have much energy to spare, even when everyone else seems rather tired. She is confident, and headstrong, with a bit of obnoxiousness, and stubbornness mixed within that, she isn't one to be stepped on or used, she seems to harbor high self esteem for herself and is rarely ever shy or embarrassed. Flaws for her include laziness and procrastination, things she has struggled with for most of her life, sometimes she is able to escape this, but it can prove to be daunting form time to time. As someone with very little regard for the feelings of others, she can come across as blunt or straight forward when she talks to others, not only this, but she refuses to get herself involved wit the problems of others, and loves watching conflicts unfold in front of her without helping out with anything. She lives by the honor of being honest to nearly everyone she meets, and makes it a point of hers to be as truthful as possible to other people, even if the truth hurts. Rylan is not very sentimental, or nostalgic at all, she tends to disassociate with anything that reminds her of her past, to move on towards the future with no shame. She is quite studious, and intelligent, but when something doesn't hold er attention she will stray immediately and refuse to do it, often causing problems between her and authority. She abhors being held back from her ambitions, and can be lured into trouble by virtue of being argumentative, and straightforward. Most people tend to think of Salem as a hard edged young man, but when you talk to him, you'll find that's a very down to earth, warm, and humorous person. He typically calls himself a grown ass child, and is almost always joking, or causing a stir between crowds, he can sometimes be obnoxious, and even a little insensitive sometimes. However, Salem is a savvy young man, who loves to offer advice when needed. He is the type of person upon which others would label 'a shoulder to cry on', when around close friends he is noted for being loyal, and he always tended to his loved ones needs before his own. In a way, he gives off a rather brotherly vibe, and one distinct characteristic, is his hearty laugh which you can always hear around the corners of the Academy if you listen well enough. People find Salem alluring because of his positive attitudes, and some of his strange "Country Swamp" (as he would call it) mannerisms and attitudes.
