Ah, sorry, I just got caught up with my RP responses(I was doing them in order on my Subs list) let's see if I still have enough brain matter for this :P Animals. . . Well, there';s the usual Rat and Boar, but I was thinking maybe one is Wolf, one is a mix of other mammals, and they would have a real deep rivalry with the were reptile clan :P Hah, sounds like an after school super hero special, with the secret identities, and the standard awkward need to avoid letting people what they do at night :P *Shrugs* In a lot of stories the secret societies hire the recruits so that their lives are easier. Y'know, no classmates wondering why you're so tired, why you seem to keep having injuries one day, and the next they are gone of you have more. It was just and idea, but if you wanna go for the drama of trying to hide it, school is better for that :P Witch/Warlock do use potions, but the ones who use them exclusively are Alchemists, and since we seem to be going with the darker side of things the Witch/Warlock seems more fitting.
And yeah we'll stray away from occults because for the most part I'd like to stray away from traditional "spell and sorcery magic" and go more into an supernatural scifi magic.
That, sounds really odd to me. All of the creatures that have been named thus far have their origins in fantasy. Are you saying you wanna avoid fantasy for just the group I'm posing? Because I'm sorry but despite Sci-fi's best efforts, all the coolest monsters came from the realms of fantasy, and are in part, magic. :P Not knocking Sci-fi, I enjoy the genre very much, but I feel really confused when you talk vampires, and follow up later on with no spell and sorcery. Sci-fi has no magic, it's all science :P ANYWAYS! Biologically Predisposed in this case could be humans infused with a chemical cocktail, and if they survive they gain control over some element or another. Like the ability to manipulate metal like one would shape clay, or use concussive force to your advantage. We could always do it like the Dragons Dawn series and make it so that new members are basically introduced to a large group of beast babies, and if any of them are attracted to the newbies they get inducted into their ranks. The beasts would have to be babies so the bounding can start at a young age. This group could recriute out of the cradle. (I like that idea) Names? Fangs, Suckers, Nightwalkers, Drinkers Furweres Scalewere Howlers, Moonwalkers Dubbs, Cloners, Deadheads Freaks, Wizgigs, Labrats Breeders, Lifers Those are at the top of a head that is jelly :P Any interesting? I know the ones for the Vamps are uncreative, and used before, but I tried to find something different for the other ones, but I may be all around failbot :P
