Rose smiles at Jack knowing that the Doctor loved her from his telling her so, just recently and once more clears off the warmth on his head. "What is it Doctor?" She murmurs softly in order not to wake up the sick Time Lord. It wouldn't do for him not to get the rest he needed. He was sick and needed it more than ever since she doubted that he had slept. He was silly that way, but she would take care of him as long as he wanted her there by his side to do so. As long as he realized that she wasn't the same Rose Tyler that he had met some years ago. She had to go through Pete's Torchwood training and it was grueling but she now could hold her own against several different alien species. She never killed though, that she had managed to do, beyond that Dalek when finally able to come through to this universe with the cannon. It hadn't been easy especially when in that parallel time line where Donna hadn't saved the Doctor and he had drowned. That had almost broken her beyond recovery seeing his dead body laying on that stretcher and hearing Donna saying that he was gone. She had to keep chanting that the time line was wrong in order to get her to normal functions again, and that had taken them precious months in Pete's linear time. Whatever he needed, she would willingly give to him, didn't matter what.
