That would be animelious. If it has fur, it can't be a dragon. Period.

As for fish creatures, that's kinda the only base we haven't covered, though, with good reason, as the state we're in is landlocked. The creature would have to be able to breathe on land for an extended period of time in order to be acceptable, given that otherwise, it would be stuck to lakes which almost never come up in the RP... being cut off from communication from the other RPers isn't usually a good idea.
