Azure has the ability to touch a person and momentarily copy their power. However, if she touches a different person she obtains their power but can not regain the previous person power unless she touches them again. 
Alec has the ability to move objects with his mind as well as the ability to shift-shape into any animal her wants. 
Both of them have a telepathic bond and can read each others feelings.

Their father left before they were born and when their mother realized how strange they were she left then on the steps of the orphanage and they have been there ever since.[/center]
