Yup. xD We had a really early winter, then a break with small showers, and now it's like flood-level rain. There was snow on Table Mountain, and that only happens about twice a year. So it isn't as cold as where you guys are, but it's the coldest sort of weather we're used to. And... I don't think the roads were designed well for rain. |D
